I barely got any use out of this before the plastic cracked. It feels really cheap and not durable at all. whoever runs this needs to do better with the quality

Order turned out okay, but took longer than expected. Had to wait a bit on support too, which felt kinda slow. Not the worst experience, just probably wouldn’t be in a hurry to use it again.

It actually showed up fast overall. The only thing was the tracking updated kind of late, so I think it was just bad timing on when I checked it. Not a big deal, but it had me wondering for a bit...

I don’t know, maybe I’m missing something, but this didn’t feel like the best fit for younger kids to me. Some of the content just seemed a bit too grown up, honestly.

I tried to buy a couple of things, but of course they were out of stock. I checked back later, thinking maybe it was just bad timing, but nope, still nothing. it’s really frustrating and feels like their fault for keeping products up on the site that you can’t even order. What’s the point?

I found way more choices than I thought I would. It was easy to compare everything and figure out what I needed, so overall it was a solid experience imo.

The product was basically what I expected from the description on CTA. The photos and details were accurate, so there weren’t any real surprises when it arrived, which I appreciated. I do think the listing could’ve been a little more thorough in a few spots, but overall it was easy enough to tell what I was getting

The return process was easy and I got my refund faster than I expected. if it had been a hassle, I probably would’ve stopped shopping here, but this went smoothly...

I mean, it’s fine, I guess, but the personalization options were limited. I was trying to make it look a certain way and there just wasn’t much to work with, which was a little frustrating. Totally okay though, apparently I’ll just accept it.

The sale section was useful, but not everything in there felt like a real bargain. I ordered from ctainc.com and was actually pleased with the shipping cost. It didn’t turn into one of those annoying checkout surprises where the total suddenly makes no sense.

I was just trying to order a few things, and to be fair, I did manage to get it done in the end. But the site wasn’t very easy to navigate, and some pages felt slower than they should. I also had to click around way too much just to find basic stuff.

I ordered from ctainc.com and the package showed up fine, but the outside box was a little beat up when it arrived. It’s not even about that so much, because I get that boxes can take a hit during shipping.

Nothing was damaged, which I appreciated, but there really wasn’t much padding inside. A couple of the items were kind of shifting around loose, so it didn’t feel as secure as it probably should have.

Overall, it got the job done, so I can’t say it was a bad experience. I just expected the packaging to be a little more careful. Not awful or anything, just average

I’ve gotten a few things from CTA for our kids ministry and little gifts here and there, and I just have a good feeling about it overall. The items were useful, easy to pass out, and just kind of worked for what we needed. Shipping wasn’t amazing or anything, but it was fine. Prices felt reasonable too.
